nintendo ds/3ds implications or something

create implication new_nintendo_3ds -> nintendo_3ds
create implication nintendo_2ds -> handheld_game_console

found it a bit strange that these aren't implications yet. not sure on implying 2ds to 3ds since they're pretty visually distinct but these are quite obvious missing implics. wanted to imply new 3ds xl to new 3ds but couldnt due to lack of posts
