Adjusting panties, adjusting bra etc already cover this tag. We could implicate all those smaller tags into this and make it bigger, but its also kinda a vague tag I wouldnt ever search for. Adjusting panties is inherently a different fetish from adjusting bra.

But adjusting clothes contains anything from neckties to sleeves. What if someone wants to search specifically for the kind of post under picking wedgie?

I would say that if its not panties or underwear, picking wedgie doesn't really add value for those would use the tag.
