create alias marvel_cinematic_universe -> marvel

At this point there's no much point in having this tag anymore. Most of marvel has been centered around the Marvel Cinematic Universe for a while, and given how many posts there are it just adds a lot of complexity for dubious benefit.

The first movie for Guardians Of The Galaxy doesn't seem to have a tag. I don't want to mass update it because I'm sure there's a lot of posts not actually referencing any movie in particular there.
