The uploader wanted to know if the character (the heavy arms/dark skin) had a name. Only thing is we couldn't figure out if it was an original to the artist on Pixiv or a character that is really connected to the BRS universe. I took it as a parody character. Then I saw this on a blog. (8 pics down)

It looks like the character with the heavy arms, only it looks like she has a skirt and tail. Do you think the artist drew the character with a thought of it being original, or was it meant to reflect that screen cap?
