BUR #45053 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias freija_crescent -> freya_crescent
create alias salamander_coral -> amarant_coral
create alias reila -> leila_(ff2)
create alias borgen -> borghen
create alias professor_houjou -> professor_hojo
create alias fuujin_(ff8) -> fujin_(ff8)
create alias kunagiri_machina -> machina_kunagiri
create alias tokimiya_rem -> rem_tokimiya
create alias kunagiri_izana -> izana_kunagiri
create alias futahito_kazusa -> kazusa_futahito
create alias hanaharu_emina -> emina_hanaharu

Consistent with all other FF characters and their English localised names (firion, aria benett, kain highwind, bartz klauser, terra branford, zack fair, doomtrain, necron (ff9), tidus, balthier, oerba dia vanille, cindy aurum, andrea rhodea)

No English speaker actually calls Freya "Freija", it just happens to be the Latin-text name used in some Japanese publications.

Final Fantasy Type-0 never used eastern name ordering.

create alias hiryuu_(ff5) -> wind_drake

This one's more complicated. In FFV there is a dragon species called 飛竜. I think there's three total.

Lenna owns a 飛竜 (wind drake) called 飛竜 (Hiryu). Krile also has one without a name. They're not distinguishable without context, and the tag currently contains both. The third one is in the OVA although it looks completely different.

It's probably easier to just tag them as the species. sabotender is a character tag but chocobo is a general tag, so I don't know what it should be. But given there's a limited number of known wind drakes, I think character makes more sense.

Chocobo is a general tag because there are named chocobos that have their own tags (such as fat chocobo). Sabotender is a character tag because there are no named examples, and all enemies use character tags.

As long as hiryuu (ff5) isn't getting its own tag, then yeah, wind drake would make the most sense as a character tag. Otherwise, we would keep both and the former would be a character while the latter would be general.

Related, should we not swap the alias for Sabotender? Danbooru is the only reason I even know it's called that, and I don't know anyone outside of this website that doesn't call them Cactuars.

Makes sense, thanks.

FFXI and FFXIV have both Cactuar and Sabotender. In FFXI this is because enemy names display the same English text above enemies/characters regardless of language setting.

FFXV is Cactuar, and XVI https://www.reddit.com/r/FFXVI/comments/1cuvey6/
