For part 2 characters, they should be implied to the base chartag.
We're trying to simplify the implication layers (and we're still clueless on how to tackle Teriteri's LVCL).
I know how but it's taking me a bit because I have to look back on the initial discussion regarding that tag and set up favgroups for updating. I've had my hands tied for a while with other things and it's not an immediate priority or relevant so it's fine to leave the tag alone, especially since she doesn't get frequent posts enough that the bad points of the current setup necessitate quick change. ETA: See what I did with Cartethyia (Wuthering Waves) and Fleurdelys (Wuthering Waves).
As of right now, the way we treat Part 2 characters is that battlesuits and costumes are directly implied to the character tag because they don't have callous amounts of variants; and those who have more than one form are significantly different in their visual from the base battlesuit that there's no utility to be had in making our tagging reflect the costume's belonging in three-tiered implications.

There's never been an implication chain/alias I've hated more than this one. Due to her costumes Theresa Apocalypse (Till Death Do Us Part) and Theresa Apocalypse (Redolent In Red), the worst this character's chain can get is 4 levels of implications.
This was debated heavily as the very first BUR of this topic as well as before I was active or had an account here, much less getting into the BUR business and reframing my thinking of implications, so I couldn't stop this. Now I'm here to fix this, so I will. The long and short is that this implication chain sucks on searchability. I've played the game for years, I don't care what reason there is for it being this way, it's shit. I have choice feelings whenever I see a large variant set of rating:e of the second-layer character when I only want to see the third one.
This implication is outdated. Are they the same character in different stages of their life? Sure, it's true. However, Theresa Apocalypse (Luna Kindred) has now been phased out of the game because of the progress of her story arc. The game recognises Luna alone now except for retrospective content. People who know the game also recognise "Luna" to specifically be the big one. The game itself recognises Theresa Apocalypse (Luna Kindred) as an alternative Theresa Apocalypse but almost intentionally almost never recognises Theresa Apocalypse (Lunar Vow: Crimson Love) as an alternative Theresa Apocalypse except for an occasional breast envy joke with Zhuge Kongming (Honkai Impact).
Now, from the perspective of someone who has no context of the game at all - hell, for someone who does know the game - you would think of them as two different characters. They might as well be, even. They look different, they act different and most media and art treats them differently. I also most definitely do not want to see content adjacent to my blacklist while trying to search for the character I actually do like. This chain pollutes the results because of an "uhm akshually" explanation given in forum #260839 and confused even the admin handling that BUR. I hate it.
There's no use in my "favourite" defense of searchability since this is the opposite and ruins it. I know when I want to see Theresa Apocalypse (Lunar Vow: Crimson Love) with another Theresa Apocalypse (namely, her smaller version as Theresa Apocalypse (Luna Kindred) like in post #8205799 or Zhuge Kongming (Honkai Impact) like in post #6868483). And I will especially know when I do not want to see them together.
Time to kill this crappy implication and treat her like a separate character like every single other sane person does.
Not sure if this is the right place to bring it up (I couldn't find a better one), but why is kiana kaslana (apho) named that?
It seems to be her 'default' part 2 appearance but she doesn't show up in APHO whatsoever, with the first appearance of that outfit being long after APHO 2 released
