This is the right place.
That's the tentative naming convention for Part 2 versions of Part 1 characters until a better name can be found, under the assumption that whenever we do get more APHO content, their appearances will hold, mostly due to Bronya Zaychik (Silverwing: N-EX). This initially began with Raiden Mei (APHO).

Why do we make this assumption tho? APHO didn't get any content for years. If we need a name for Part 2 versions of Part 1 characters, why not just "kiana_kaslana_(part_2)"?
At the very least, the "as seen in A Post-Honkai Odyssey" part should be removed from the tag's description, because it is straight-up false.
The simple answer is that's how the tags were created and no one got around to changing them. The long answer is to read past the word "assumption" and to think logically. Until the actual release of the story's Part 2, "APHO" was the de facto continuation. It's also less ambiguous and confusing than "Part 2". Danbooru tags do not need to match exactly at the source, just close enough to be useful for identification.
You are correct though that if "as seen in A Post-Honkai Odyssey" is showing up, it's not accurate. I've been personally troubled while trying to clean up both Honkai games' tags with people writing misleading, wrong or even incomplete information and providing lousy reasoning like what happened with Theresa Apocalypse (Lunar Vow: Crimson Love). How these tags should be written is the way I did it for Seele Vollerei (APHO).
I like to think of them as tentative names while waiting for things to unfold.

Did a few more wiki updates that hopefully better show and tell the differences. I would really like to see them separated so I can start gardening out their posts as well as have this lay the groundwork for updating Theresa Apocalypse's tagging. I do get that it's somewhat precedent-breaking since we usually imply directionally aged characters but the result of that is having four-level implications that are just plain bad.
For Danbooru purposes, I aim to treat Theresa Apocalypse (Luna Kindred) as an alternate costume of Theresa Apocalypse and Theresa Apocalypse (Lunar Vow: Crimson Love) as a separate character (which most people already do to begin with) without getting into the semantics of otherwise treating Luna Kindred as a separate character as well. It would also help with searches.
Let me know if anything else is missing or unclear about them that makes it difficult to accept.
