Alright, here's the natural response to topic #32193 getting approved. Starting with the Rins. If we're arguing tagging correlation for approving implications, here's the relevant searches:

also feeling like mentioning the total count for sailor_moon -tsukino_usagi is only 598, or only 9.7% of the current Tsukino Usagi tag, if we're using "well they're already tagged together all the time anyways" argument for tag implications.
I don't think this is comparable to Barbie. The barbie characters are produced by Mattel. The evillious characters are not from an official source, and ultimately, they're not even considered derivatives like some other unofficial variants. It's just Mothy using vocaloid as a medium to create his own series, like many other producers. The reason the vocaloids get tagged is because the series' characters are using their appearance directly. We don't tag characters portrayed by vocaloids if they don't look alike.
We also have a habit to disregard implications of character portrayals, like superheroes and magical girls. I think it's normal that they don't get implicated even if there's an important overlap. That alone is not enough as a reason for implication.

While not originally created by Crypton Future Media, Riliane Lucifen d'Autriche has been utilized in official work, most recently as a costume for Kagamine Rin in Project Sekai. If the argument is simply "well it's not officially created by Piapro", we should be removing the Argentinian Miku implication.
