None of the webm's are working in Safari, either. And the ugoira player doesn't show up on iOS.
Since I am nice, I will tell you that the issue here is the moov atom in those files being located at the end, and thus range requests will not work in that (old?) Edge version. It needs to be moved to the front with ffmpeg
-movflags +faststart. Other browsers handle badly structured mp4's better.Although, you were right about one thing - none of these issues are ever getting fixed or looked into, mainly due to laziness.
So uh, just switched to edge and got road blocked by this too, only here on danbooru. Is there a possible bandaid fix? Or are we just out of luck?
