A bad source is better than no source, and a picture is better than no picture, but it's not uncommon to be skeptical on approving things with a dodgy source or just on the premise that no one liked the image enough. It looks fine to me so I'll undelete it.

The same artist's painting has already been approved several times (it was approved two days ago, but it hasn't been approved since it was uploaded a week ago) and this painting also looks flawless. There is no duplication of upload.
