deprecate alternate_body_size & create fatter_than_canon

mass update alternate_body_size fat -> fatter_than_canon -alternate_body_size
create alias alternate_body_size_(fatter) -> fatter_than_canon
deprecate alternate_body_size

This tag puts together giantess, mini person, fat people and emaciated figures. It's too broad to the point where it becomes useless.

We also don't have a tag for characters being drawn fatter than canon, and fat is pretty big, especially due to fat man, so might as well use this as an occasion to turn it into its own tag and go the route of alternate breast size (larger) and alternate hair length (longer).

Judging from the tag's content, we'll also have to create:

• taller than canon for a step between giantess and canon
• shorter than canon for non-mini person reductions
• a tag for characters being drawn as more muscular than canon. Not sure what to name this

what is the opposite going to be called? skinnier, lighter or thinner?
