Today I found three rather small, yet inextricably linked tags. They are:
"Adult baby" is the fetish of pretending to be an infant. "Age play" is the fetish of pretending to be a different age than one is (usually younger, but not always). I'll use the definition of "Regression (psychology)" from Wikipedia:
In psychoanalytic theory, regression is a defense mechanism involving the reversion of the ego to an earlier stage of psychosexual development, as a reaction to an overwhelming external problem or internal conflict.
Most of the posts tagged like this are also ageplay, but one out of ten does not look fetishistic.

Most of the posts under these three tags also contain pseudo-babies, but I found five where the pseudo-children are a bit older, like preschoolers.

Since there are posts featuring older children, and posts where the actual age of the character depicted is not an adult, but, for example, a high school teenager, I believe "adult baby" should not be the main tag name.
At the same time, I'm not including the regression_(psychology) tag in this BUR, as I think it should be kept separate – many posts under the current adult_baby/age_play tags feature characters who are clearly just pretending to be children, rather than genuinely believing they are.
I didn't find any posts where someone pretended to be an older person.
