I still second this. Or the reverse.

Reversing the alias so it matches the current main tag of gem.

The presence of a gem on one's forehead necessarily implies there is a gem in the image. (using current name since implications can't be made with aliased tags)

We also have chest jewel, face jewel, hand jewel, etc, that would need to be aliased too.
There are also a bunch of Mega Man and Ultra Series posts under this tag that I don't know if they should count as gems.
A bunch of these tags appear to be duplicates for brooch, like collar jewel and choker jewel.
We also have pendant choker and pendant collar... what a mess
