There are two Mustangs in Nikke. The present-time Mustang is Hanson, the son of the original Mustang, who took his name and identity after his father died. It's there in the wiki underneath the spoilers.

We need wiki previews to tell them apart then. And if they're different characters, should the implication be rejected? The 3 posts of the past version are also tagged with the main tag.
There was some foreshadowing that Mustang was a different person in the past, but the twist was that he's literally a different person, not just metaphorically. I think going with the implication would be best, both to keep the ruse going for people not in the know, and that both Mustangs look similar to each other anyways.
I've added appearance images in both of their wikis.
I agree with Hillside Moose that the implication in this case could move forward. This is one of those few rare times where an implication doesn't actually spoil the twist, given that they're using the exact same name and all. You actually have to know the story to understand there are "two Mustangs".

Anis TTStar and Starlight costumes should implicate Anis: Star instead of normal Anis, just like Rapi Red Flavor and Cherished Red costumes implicate Rapi: Red Hood instead of normal Rapi.
Normal Anis is draw different from Anis: Star, as Anis: Star have star-eyed pupils, her ahoge is always up where normal Anis ahoge is always down, she have a side ponytail/pigtail and have a more strongly yellowish colored inner hair compared to normal Anis.
Plus since she got this new version of herself most of her new Arts will be drawn like this just like when Rapi got her Rapi: Red Hood new look, since after that Rapi arts focus shifted to more Rapi: Red Hood arts than her normal one.
For what it's worth, Anis (Star) (T.T. Star) (Nikke) was originally requested to be implied to Anis (Star) (Nikke) (forum #434838) but Anis (Star) (Starlight) (Nikke) already directly implied Anis (Nikke) so an alternate BUR was pitched for consistency (forum #434853). Most characters are like this. Mihara (Nikke) also had an attempt like this (forum #351261). Rapi was allowed a hierarchy of implications due to what I imagine was apparent-enough base differences (forum #434871, forum #435042, forum #435350).
Also, if this BUR goes through, these costumes will appear twice on the tag list because you haven't removed their existing implications to the base character tag. Tags can imply multiple others, they don't get overwritten.

BURs process in the order they're listed, so implication removals have to go first if you don't want any errors.
