Specific cover parody for chapter 309 of Dragon Ball. Apparently this is Dragon Ball Z in the anime (I know nothing about DB) but idk if the tag name should specify Z, or should be something else entirely.
I'd rather we avoid using chapter names and go with chapter numbers, so dragon ball chapter 309 cover parody instead of dragon_ball neither gives an inch cover parody, especially since the chapter has been translated in multiple ways in English (the VIZ release calls it Underwater Battle, whereas Neither Gives an Inch! is the translation of the Japanese chapter name).

Basically, the Z name is anime-only, it's like how we have Naruto Shippuuden but it was still all called Naruto for the manga, so technically it would be incorrect to specify Z in the tag name, especially as that shifts the chapter numbers (DB Chapter 309 -> DBZ Chapter 115, I think).
