M21 rifle has two tags

create alias m-21 -> m21

M-21 has a wiki and implies sniper rifle but is tagged on less posts while M21 is on more posts but lacks a wiki and any implications. Correct spelling doesn't seem to include a dash https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M21_Sniper_Weapon_System

There was an attempt to alias the M21 to M14 before forum #249135, should that be re-attempted after this?

Hyphens aren't actually used in US small arms designations, AFAIK, so having a hyphen serves no purpose. It's like "F-16" vs "F16”. The former is the only correct designation even though we're all on the same page on what an F-16 looks like.

On one hand, aliasing M21 to M14 makes complete sense: its just an accurized M14. The gun is not a fundamental change from an M14 besides the scope... and there are M14's with scopes. So it's not a worthwhile distinction, but on the other hand, this creates a tag contridiction. It can't both be a sniper rifle and battle rifle.
