Tai Gong Wang wiki says it's the same character as Jiang Ziya (Eiyuu Senki).

(Edit: 太公望 is her name in Eiyu*Senki (Original) and Gold. Localised Original uses "Tai Gong Wang", Gold uses "Jiang Ziya" for some reason)
