We have tags like self-datamine and commissioner upload but nothing for the generic case of "artist provided the full-size file to be uploaded". Some people have been putting "File provided by artist" or similar into the source field but it's inconsistent and not obvious if you haven't done it before. Since we have the other tags instead of making you write "Self-datamined" or "Commissioned" in the source field, I propose a tag for this case as well (final name tbd).
