It's a suit Secco wears that gives him the ability to liquefy solid matter and swim through it. In fact he's almost always depicted wearing it besides in a flashback, so it's kind of redundant unless it were limited to only when he's using his ability. Currently it's tagged on every single post of him wearing it.

I do want to point out that if this goes through and stands aren't universally chartags anymore, that'll impact similar situations for copytags like Yu-Gi-Oh! which has spell cards like Instant Fusion as chartags.
Agree, currently these should stay chartags because of the precedent set by Yugioh. I also think it's worth noting that ignoring clearly non-human stands there are situations where a stand might manifest as a humanoid (post #10018614) or not (post #11241289).
So there'd still be weird situations where the "character" is just an ability even if these are removed.
Jojo stands are kind of a mess, I don't think there's any point in doing this.
For example, Scary Monsters (Stand) sometimes appears as separate dinosaurs: it's not just Diego himself transforming, but he can also transform other people or animals.
For the suit stands like Oasis (Stand), they're just costume tags with extra steps.
I think it would be pretty confusing to have half of these in the general tag list, and half of them in the character list.
