create alias mascara_wand -> spoolie_brush

All Mascara Wands are Spoolie Brushes, but a Spoolie Brush tag is more direct (referring to the spiral brush) and covers more ground. Some Spoolies are also used for eyebrows and mascara and the term is used interchangeably.

A Spoolie Brush tag also sounds better with holding_makeup_brush than mascara_wand does in my opinion

EDIT: Other way around from the initial BUR. Now spoolie_brush -> mascara_wand

As an alternative suggestion, rather than make "mascara wand" aliased, it could be the other way around. Spoolie/Spoolie Brush is just as common of a term as Mascara Wand, enough so that I'm surprised it's not a tag/aliased to begin with.
