Add alias to ironmouse

BUR #59466 has been rejected.

create alias ironmouse -> mousey_(vtuber)

Its her nickname + unlike most other vtubers she doesnt have the vtuber in her name to make it easier to search her

I don't think we usually alias nicknames like that, but I don't know much about vtubers.
But either way, you have the BUR backwards, the way it is right now, the tag name would become mousey_(vtuber).

I personally don't see the use of aliasing nicknames to VTubers at all, unless the nickname is majorly overlapping the current name (which, in this case, it really isn't).

It's like trying to alias biboo_(vtuber) -> koseki_bijou
