hand towel implication

create implication hand_towel -> towel

I think this makes sense

I don't know if we want to group together kitchen towels (post #8053798) with bath towels.

The problem is that we're tagging the size here, not the usage. Might be worth splitting into something like gym towel/sweat towel and kitchen towel.
