"Street" is how the designer describes the 8th (source) but looking at the Hololive tags which have *_(street), *_(streetwear), and *_(street_casual), it aligns most with 'streetwear'.
I think technically, according the the very important vtuber lore everyone cares about, the 1st is a school uniform but it only got tagged as one a handful of times over seven years so it should be safe to give the 4th the usual 'school uniform' qualifier, nobody will get them confused.
