The cheating (relationship) explains that the posts must involve a character having sex or a romantic relationship with someone other than their partner in a monogamous relationship. There are multiple problems for this tag: What if the character is canonically married but their spouse is never mentioned and seen? In some images depicting said character, they are having sex with random faceless men like post #4949395.

There are also multiple posts like post #6841734 and post #7661905 depicting a pair of mother and daughter participating in an orgy with random men, would it also be considered cheating?

There is also another separate problem, what if the husband does show up in one panel of an image, but the next panel shows his spouse having sex with another man, like post #10522100 and post #8867069, should both cheating/netorare and husband and wife tags be added to the tag?

This is still pretty cut-and-dry cheating to me. Even if their partner is never shown, if that person is having sex with people who are not that partner and there is no implication that the faceless male is their partner, cheating should be tagged.

If either party is implied/confirmed to be in a relationship with someone not pictured (i.e. canonically having a relationship or being shown with a wedding ring), it's cheating. If not, it isn't necessary to tag it that way.

We have to get a real NTR philosopher on this one because I would personally say post #8867069 is cheating because the woman seems to go to the other man for sex because her partner isn't providing it for her while post #10522100 seems more like netorare given it's juxtaposition of the intimacy with her partner and the sex with the random man.
