We have a big problem with tagging. So, should the P-chan tag be considered a personification of Pien Cat?
The P-chan tag itself is actually a vague concept, as it is entirely dependent on the artist's interpretation, which also makes it a design speculation. But as far as i can see, the vast majority of designs are just personifications of Pien Cat. This creates a lot of confusion and we should either figure it out or nuke the P-chan tag as it makes tagging more difficult.
