For pasties that only cover the nipple, leaving the areolae exposed intentionally (as opposed to regular size pasties that cause areola slip due to large areolae e.g. post #11087614).
There may be some vagueness to the cutoff size that I'm not sure how to resolve, but I don't think it's worse than other size tags.
I picked micro for consistency with micro bikini and micro shorts etc. but maybe mini or something else would be better.
