Sorry for the extremely late reply, I don't usually log in here.
eus_ing is (or was) a prominent Ouro_Kronii fan artist, and -- as is custom with vtuber identites -- if artists want to draw her other identity (in this case Dottovu) they turn to secondary accounts so as to not give attention to them being the same person.
In this case eus' most recent secondary account, ing (ing205509), has directly worked with Dottovu on both her Twitter profile pic and the MV for a cover
Plus they also made Dottovu fanart on a now deleted secondary account, which can be seen here post #6543493, post #6405501 and post #6393811
They've also posted posted art of Stratogeist (now SpaceGhostess) - a friend of Dottovu - on their main account before [1], [2]
Hopefully that's enough investigative journalism lol

They are same artist. The former is for Guro, and the latter is for non-guro use. Currently, the artist's Guro account is not in use, so it must be standardized to the general version.
Note: The artist is Korean.
Replied in the other thread. No links connect the two, so there is no reason to merge them.
