Well... haven't anyone at Danbooru the heavily anticipated, community-driven "12 Zodiac Signs VTuber Project", which focuses on casting 12 distinct creators based on Western astrological signs. The project is known for its hyper-specific thematic casting, seeking out talents with unique backgrounds (e.g., medical or wine expertise) to perfectly match their astrological avatars.

What should we do with this? This is new and I only recently found out... Is it any wonder nobody at Danbooru have made anything about these upcoming Vtubers (specifically their designs) until now? I mean, there are already shorts featuring them (I found these on Instagram first).

  • Aries: The Ram, "The Agrarian Worker".
  • Taurus: The Bull, "The Steer of Heaven".
  • Gemini: The Twins, "The Great Twins".
  • Cancer: The Crab, "The Crayfish".
  • Leo: The Lio, "The Lion".
  • Virgo: The Maiden, "The Furrow"; "The Furrow, the goddess Shala's ear of corn".
  • Libra: The Scales, "The Scales".
  • Scorpio: The Scorpion, "The Scorpion".
  • Sagittarius: Centaur The Archer, "soldier".
  • Capricorn: "Goat-horned", "The Goat-Fish".
  • Aquarius: The Water Bearer, "The Great One", later "pitcher".
  • Pisces: The Fish, "The Tail of the Swallow", later "fish-cord".

Oh, and it's a JP agency, akin to Hololive Japan.

If you'd like, you can post illustrations from this project. But there's no organized effort to post individual series or projects; everyone works on their own.

I get it, but still... Why haven't anyone posted anything about it? Can anyone help me research this project?

I don't get why you would expect a lot of people to already know about some obscure japanese vtuber agency that, based on what you've said, hasn't even cast or debuted any of its talents yet. If this is something you're passionate about, do the research yourself and upload what you think is worth uploading.

There's nothing suggesting they are heavily anticipated. While their audition post on /r/VirtualYouTubers got about 30-ish comments, the following face reveal only got 3. Hardly anticipated, basically obscure in the grand scheme of things.

How are they heavily anticipated if not only you only recently found out about them, but seemingly no one else in this thread knew about them either? And just because they have pre-debut shorts doesn't guarantee they'll be uploaded, or if they are tagged, tagged properly (see all the VTubers people upload as original, unaware they are VTubers).

Because no one knew and no one seemingly cared about them. You can just waltz in, imply importance, and then ask people to help you research when said importance would imply an ease in research, meaning you wouldn't need any help whatsoever.

All you've done is make a confusing topic where you asserted something and everyone else went "huh?????"
