create alias takamine_(fuku_(fuku12290574)) -> takamine_miyuu_(fuku_(fuku12290574))
create alias makino_(fuku_(fuku12290574)) -> makino_akari
create alias yagami_(fuku_(fuku12290574)) -> yagami_akira_(fuku_(fuku12290574))
rename saionji_ryouka -> saionji_suzuka

post #11465121 gives full names and official romanizations for these OCs.

It seems like we've generally been keeping the full names for this artist's OCs unqualified, but two of these have conflicts so left a qualifier in. (Technically we don't have another Takamine Miyuu but we have Takamine Miyu (Namikawa Kuroha) and Takamine Miyu.)

Rename instead of alias for Saionji Ryouka because it only had a single post before today.

OCs are supposed to have the artist qualifiers even with full names. We just haven't been going out of our way to make sure each character complies with this standard. If you're going to update the tags, you might as well add the qualifiers for the ones that don't have them.

The actual reason to use a rename instead of an alias for this tag is because the current name is based on an incorrect reading.

I've never really been convinced that the argument of "you can find them" or "you can see who the artist is" is a good one for demanding artist name qualifiers. If an artist has OCs they should have a wiki page listing them, and the OC themselves should have one mentioning the artist. I don't see any problem solved by the qualifiers, except that we now have more qualifiers.

Also, the artist entry currently uses a qualifier from a dead Twitter handle. This should be changed anyway before the chartags are changed. Something like fuku_1028 would suffice (or fuku1028 I guess).
