create implication balaclava -> mask
A balaclava is a type of headgar that covers the whole head. Searching balaclava mask would give me 389 posts, while balaclava -mask would give me 644. The gimp mask is currently implied to mask, so I think the same should apply to balaclava as well.

Wikipedia does state and show in the example it not covering the face.
Depending on style and how it is worn, only the eyes, mouth and nose, or just the front of the face are unprotected.
