I reorganized the wiki to group outfits by form to try to make sense of this.
It's really hard to understand which outfit goes with which form. I think it would be easier if we called everything Young Kama, Teenage Kama, and Adult Kama, and renamed the outfits to e.g. Young Kama (Over the Same Sky), Teenage Kama (Chocolate Heaven), Adult Kama (Celebratory Attire), etc.

Outfits should't be bound to form, some fan art depicts different non-default forms wear the outfit (and such parody is to be expected given Kama's ability to switch forms at will).
For example post #3783174 and post #3787873 shows Kama (Young) (Fate) wearing Kama (Chocolate Heaven) (Fate), which is by default an outfit of Kama (Teenager) (Fate).
