Nuke and deprecate 'covered_sideboob'

BUR #60712 has been rejected.

Sideboob implies exposed breast (the side of it). covered_sideboob is an oxymoron.

I can kind of see what this tag is for though, just scrolling through the posts. I'm not 100% certain it's distinct/interesting enough to warrant tagging, but the name being kind of an oxymoron has no relevance on that part.

I don't really care about stuff like post #37086 and post #5667890; in all likelihood, there's probably over a million posts that could be tagged as such. However, having a layered_sideboob tag for stuff like post #9814043, post #6820841, post #9694777 etc. is probably fine.

Should covered underboob also go?

Need to cleanup the "covered breasts from side" and the "layered covered sideboob".

I'll do this. Impossible clothes is already supposed to be the tag for clothing unrealistically skin tight around the boobs. The other usage looks mostly like tabards / sideless outfits worn over clothes.
