mahou shoujo madoka magica (anime) since the artwork is directly referencing the anime, mahou shoujo madoka magica will be added automatically anyway since it's the parent tag for the entire PMMM franchise.

It does seem like a searchable and interesting concept though, I assumed a tag already existed since I see this semi-frequently

What should the hair_ornament this character is wearing be tagged as?
What tag(s), if any, should be used when multiple characters/subjects are present with differing framing levels? Take, for instance, post #11542210 where one character is fully in frame (full body) while another is only visible from the torso up (upper body) or post #11538067 with a similar scenario involving portrait and full body (kind of).
The relevant wiki pages are singular in their definitions so I'm assuming framing tags are inapplicable in these situations but I was hoping to get a definitive answer just to be sure.
What is the consensus for translating commentary that has Japanese hashtags?
I read this topic #35735 but there doesn't seem to be a clear answer.

It seems like in practice, cuffs-to-collar implies no o-ring_collar - the tag is only for collars with an empty ring. See cuffs-to-collar o-ring_collar
If that's right, the wiki for o-ring_collar should mention it.
Otherwise, should cuffs-to-collar imply o-ring_collar?
