ID3's 5th costume theme is fantasy isekai, so naming them after common fantasy classes might be a good way to go about doing this. Kobo and Kaela can be swordsman and archer respectively. Zeta is going for an Assassin theme but I'm not sure if it would be a good name for that costume.
Iofi's 8th is a nurse theme while Reine's 5th is Ojou-sama themed
