I think this is probably the way to go about it, but I'd like someone with more experience to check in and/or give me some feedback on it.
I think utsuro_(uturoi_ututu) would be a better name: romanized display name qualified with the twitter handle to avoid ambiguity. It doesn't make much sense to use a partial name.
