alias arm_above_head -> arm_up

create alias arm_above_head -> arm_up

arms above head is aliased to arms up and I don't see why that shouldn't also be the case for the singular tag. This was suggested in topic #7193, with the same reasoning, but the discussion focused on plural vs singular instead. All other suggested aliases were (at some later point) accepted.

Arm up is very broad and includes "arm straight up" and "arm next to head", while arm above head is more specifically for the arm just above or on top of the head.
