Imply cumdrip_from_penis -> cum

create implication cumdrip_from_penis -> cum

Cumdrip, currently used for cum dripping from a "taker's orifice" (pussy/anus), implies cum. This tag is for cum dripping from a penis, usually after ejaculation.

There's exceptions where it would not apply. Like where the penis isn't clearly visible but it's implied there is dripping, like the ones where it's in someone's mouth and there's overflow. Depends on the angle, but it's not perfectly encompassing.

What you described sounds like cum_overflow cum_in_mouth.

That 1. doesn't sound like cumdrip from penis and 2. still sounds like the cum tag would apply.
