JP name is "閃乱カグラ", but I've seen it called Senra Kagura and Kagura: A Portrait of Girls on several gaming news outlets. The current tag is senran_kagura, but I would like to make sure it's the correct romanization, as well as suggest some aliases.

It's the correct romanization, as confirmed by the official website. The full title appears to be "閃乱カグラ ―少女達の真影―", for which "Kagura: A Portrait of Girls" is a passable translation (in the absence of contetxt, I think I'd go with "The Girls' Portrait", but that's just me).

Oh yeah, I rechecked the news sites; it turns out the EN title didn't have an "a" in the title. Oops.
I would also like to ask about the meaning/significance of "senran." When I posted the first couple of senran_kagura images, I qualified the characters with *_(kagura), simply because the EN title didn't mention it.
