Reason: ^o^ has the ^_^ eye shape. There is more variation in the mouth shape (I've seen :3 and :D, which may merit retagging), so I don't recommend implicating :o.

Can't support this. The two things are fairly visually distinct.

As it is now, I support ^o^ -> ^_^ implication.

Now that I think about it, the underscore won't appear in the tag list. That would show just the ^ ^ eyes, which I don't have a problem with.
