idea: pool: completely unamused -> tag

This pool represents a pretty objective concept: deadpan eyes. I had the idea of converting it to some kind of eye related tag after giving up pooling all the posts of pool #4168 where Nazrin appears.

I always thought the concept was much better suited to a tag but, doesn't expressionless, bored and flat gaze cover this pool anyway?

The pool definition could be tightened up and clarified such that it includes only posts where a character does not react to something that would typically be expected to elicit a response. This relies on context and is narrower in scope than expressionless or similar tags.

That's what flat_gaze is for (tagged the relevant posts of the pool where Nazrin is visible enough).

pool #1632 should be used the way r0d3n7z described, but it already existed when flat_gaze was made, and there are posts in that pool that were never moved.
