not sure if this needs a thread, so i apologize. but post #1020348 seems to attract a lot of attention lately.

http://danbooru.donmai.us/post_tag_history/index?post_id=1020348 shows that it's continuously tag as epic and poorly drawn alternately. if one adds the other, someone else cancels it in a very persistent manner.

same goes to a number of pools it belongs or once belongs as seen in http://danbooru.donmai.us/pool/recent_changes .

is this acceptable? im not asking for a disciplinary action but this just may sound a possible flashpoint that may start to be harmful to the community. thanks.

Let's not actually worry about it because there's probably 5 people who hate that post and are willing to flag it for each person who is willing to approve it.

I like FIM, but I think the picture sucks. I'm staying out of it while I laugh.

I'd say it's both. But I'd also say it isn't Danbooru material. There are other Danbooru-based sites for such things.

I do not have any opinion regarding this picture, however, I think upon appealing, one should refrain from calling others names, such as newfags as it is uncalled for, and should not be an argument over whether an appeal is valid or not.

I believe it has something to do with my flag-to-deletion message, so...

Ahem.

First, by "newfags" I meant those, who (judging by their appeals) hadn't enough time to read about:tos and howto:upload. It doesn't mean that all users with IDs of 3XXXXX aren't knowledgeable long-time lurkers.

Second, it wasn't listed as a reason as it was in the "BTW" section.

Third, it wasn't my intention to offend anyone in anyway. But if I did (albeit not on purpose), I apologize.

personally, i would nuke the post permanently, just to get it over with- for now.

I just know someone is going to upload it again. Oh well, it's gone now.

Note: if anyone reuploads it you're getting banned.

The picture was crap anyway. Good riddance.

I would personally do the honors of deleting/banning, but then I'm still "nice" so i would let the others take a whack at it.

Come on now, that one's post number is even lower than the one this thread is about.
