Members can no longer remove images from a pool?

When was this implemented? I must have missed the change log.
I'm going to take a stab and say because of abuse.

You didn't say what pool. Make sure it isn't a private pool.

I can lock it (I'm not sure anyone has permission to delete anymore except perhaps Albert). Before I do, is there a real reason to? There is nothing off-topic or malicious here.

The initial question was answered, but I don't see any compelling reason why people couldn't add questions to the conversation. If they don't have any it will die naturally.

I locked it but unlocked it because this issue could easily come up again, mostly because he didn't bother explaining what the solution was.
