I don't know about the alias policies/standards, but is it really worth aliasing a 3-letter shortcut to a tag that only got 4 posts in 7 years?

IMO, it very well should be aliased (as well as topic #9262), even with low post counts, considering it being a well-known organization most often referred by its abbreviation.

I know it may not be a valid argument for getting it approved, but I'm seeing tags with 20- post counts get aliased.
