Tag implication/alias toeless_socks -> toeless_legwear

I'm not sure if we want to keep them separate or not, depending on this it should be either implication or alias.

As a note, only a very minor part of images under toeless_socks is tagged with socks, so if we decide to alias them, posts under toeless_socks should be checked first and tagged with socks where appropriate.
