Because it tastes like piss regardless and someone drinking it straight from the bottle won't pretend otherwise. What matters is satisfying your alcoholism, not who made that swill.

I suppose the users and abusers have never displayed much concern for who they support with their money. Like cartels.
But, while I've never tasted piss, not all vodka tastes the same.
