Sorting through the Babelfish nonsense, I've found that her name is Trinity, and she is the result of an experimental attempt to create a living nuclear weapon. Any more detail than that will require an actual translation... surely we've got some Indonesians hanging around here?
Her name is, like Tetrominon said, Trinity, yes. I'll try to help on explaining this, probably too long for a 'comment', but I will explain this by my own words as I read the original comments, and will just point out some that I think is important.

Her name is Trinity, created from the first test of creating a bio-weapon from a radioactive under a secret military project to go against 'ArtBlocks'. The project resulted a cell that is immune to radioactive and then they tested it on a girl from the streets(yes, a random little girl is taken for a test). Unexpectedly, the test made her got some sort of power that made her tortured and emanates a radioactive radiation and made a huge explosion that annihilate one whole city. Trinity survives because of her "canvas" power, which she got through the incident. Despite of her gaining new powers, she became traumatic to the incident and lock herself away from anyone and stays on an abandoned nuclear plant, until one day, someone found her and brought her to the hero side.

This is from a deviantart group called Canvas Ranger, an RP group that is quite well-known in Indonesia. The group limits to just the locals, as how Japanese can't really go well in a foreign environment, they have the same concept. Additional info about this character, she ends her conversations with "Nuu~", just like how Gu Fei ends hers with "Aru".
