I was reading his entry on the Type Moon Wiki and this guy seems like a non-jerk version of Gilgamesh. Probably the most powerful Lancer I've ever heard of at any rate and given the brokenness of Gae Bolg that's saying something.

Karna's Vasavi Shakti/Kunta is a possible anti-GOD NP. Dude, if you can't kill a world with this one, i don't know what will.
He's pious and honorable too, and mythology-wise the only man said to be capable of besting him in his time is Arjuna (but Arjuna is bested -some versions even state outright killed- by Ekalavya, so yeah...). Even then, he only died due to numerous curses piled upon him for (essentially rather insignificant) slights he did, much the same way Cu Culainn died in his own mythology. So yeah, he's Lancer material due to his ship with suffering, though it was said that he's a magnificent Archer too.
Considering that Karna's arrows were able to rock a chariot that bore the weight of the universe, he's a monster with or without his Noble Phantasms. Better still, Karna is both heroic in the old Greek sense and heroic in the modern sense, being charitable and remaining true to his friend despite being offered the rulership of India and reunion with his blood relations. Hell, I can't imagine a lot of heroic spirits that'd be better partners in the Grail conflict.

I say while his power is the greatest among all the Lancers, so is his suffering. And even in the end he held no grudges.

To be fair Arjuna was a hero of equal greatness, Arjuna also have an anti-god Noble Phantasm (Pashupatastra, a personal projectile of Lord Shiva, AKA the strongest weapon in Hindu mythologies) but during the battle with Karna he tries to make the battle equal, using only arrows when Karna only uses arrows, using astras(Noble Phantasms) when Karna also uses his astras, and abandoning his own chariot once Karna's chariot is destroyed by his own arrow rain, they may be rivals but before their own thirst of victory over the other is the sheer respect and honor they hold for each other
