공모전 마무리 이후 2년이 넘는 기간이 지나 드디어 공개되었네요..!

거쳐간 시안이나 자잘한 작업들도 많지만 최종적으로 적용된 시안들에 대해서만 조금 적어볼까 합니다!

1. 얼굴 성형

1차 성형

세구님께서 뉴세구 눈이 조금 더 화려해보이길 원하셨어서 작업한 첫번째 성형 시안입니다!

2차 성형

뉴세구 1차 성형 이후에도 많은 시간이 지나면서

버추얼 아바타 모델링 퀄리티 인플레..에 맞춰가기 위해 제가 제안해 새로 작업해드린 시안입니다!

이전 성형은 기존 일러스트에 재작업했으나 이번 시안은 해상도를 크게 높여서 새로 작업했습니다

2. 후드 양갈래

후드를 썼을 때 양갈래를 앞쪽으로 빼고 싶다는 의견을 주셨어서 작업한 시안입니다!

3. 의상 수정

기존 원피스 디자인의 목쪽이 답답한 느낌이 들어 수정하고 싶다고 의견을 주셔서 의상의 위쪽을 수정한 시안입니다!

의상과는 별개지만 양갈래의 위치도 조정하고 머리숱도 조금 더 가볍게 줄였습니다

드디어 뉴세구가 공개되니 뭔가 후련한 감정도 들면서 무사히 마무리할 수 있어서 너무 다행이네요

저와 고세구님이 함께 고심해서 작업한 시안들의 결과들이 뉴세구를 기대하시던 분들께 만족스럽게 다가갔기를 바랍니다!

저 외에도 뉴세구를 위해 고생하신 분들이 너무나도 많습니다

컨셉아트를 작업하긴 했지만 다른 분들이 없었다면 세상에 공개되지 못했을 뉴세구이기 때문에

다른 많은 작업자분들께도 많은 관심 주시면 좋을 것 같습니다!

It's finally been revealed after more than two years since the contest ended..!

There were many drafts and minor tasks passed along the way, but I'd like to write a little bit only about the drafts that were finally applied!

1. Face Plastic Surgery

1st Surgery

This is the first surgery draft I worked on because Segu-nim wanted New-Segu's eyes to look a bit more fancy!

The draft used for Isepe-gu is the one above.

2nd Surgery

As a lot of time passed even after New-Segu's 1st surgery,

this is a draft I proposed and newly worked on to keep up with the... virtual avatar modeling quality inflation!

The previous surgery was a rework on the existing illustration, but for this draft, I increased the resolution significantly and worked on it from scratch.

2. Hoodie Pigtails

This is a draft worked on because she gave feedback that she wanted to pull the pigtails to the front when wearing the hoodie!

3. Outfit Modification

This is a draft where the upper part of the outfit was modified because she gave feedback that the neck area of the existing dress design felt stuffy and she wanted to modify it!

Apart from the outfit, the position of the pigtails was adjusted, and the hair volume was reduced slightly to make it lighter.

Now that New-Segu has finally been revealed, I feel somewhat relieved, and I'm so glad that we could finish it safely.

I hope the results of the drafts that Gosegu-nim and I agonized over together came across satisfactorily to those who were looking forward to New-Segu!

There are so many others besides me who worked hard for New-Segu.

Although I worked on the concept art, New-Segu wouldn't have been able to be revealed to the world without the others,

so it would be great if you could show a lot of interest in the many other creators as well!
