Actually, it could be based off of those television shows where the girl gets a phone call from her parents who wants her and or hopes she does what they intended for her do, like, in this example, marry a certain person or whatever (think more or less Amy Wong and her parents from Futurama) and Jewish Humor

That and her Sigil looks similar to the Star of David
