She is beyond Greed. The Sin Greed takes notes on how to be Greedy from Reimu. Just show her the bills and she will do anything. Just like now. She is stripping in public during school hours.

Actually, てきとう (tekitou) is a lot closer to "Haphazard" in meaning. A mix between laziness, randomness, without much thought, unplanned, uncaring about the results kind of a thing.
